The School of Mathematical Sciences is making significant strides in fostering academic excellence and international collaboration by actively supporting applications for prestigious national talent programs, including the Outstanding Youth Scholar program (Oversea). As part of this initiative, the school has organized a group of 14 highly qualified applicants to compete for these coveted positions.

To ensure the highest quality of submissions, the school has assigned a dedicated assistant to each applicant. These assistants provide personalized guidance and administrative support throughout the application process, helping applicants refine their proposals, gather necessary documentation, and meet strict deadlines. This meticulous approach reflects the school’s commitment to nurturing talent and enhancing the professional growth of its faculty and researchers.

“We believe in empowering our faculty members to reach their full potential. By providing tailored assistance, we aim to streamline the application process and increase the likelihood of success for our applicants,” said Associated Professor Chao Qin, Associate Dean of the School of Mathematical Sciences.

The school’s proactive measures underscore its dedication to advancing academic research and international cooperation. By encouraging faculty members to participate in national talent programs, the school not only enhances its own academic reputation but also contributes to the broader mission of fostering innovation and excellence in higher education.

The results of this year’s applications are eagerly anticipated and will undoubtedly mark another milestone in the school’s ongoing efforts to cultivate world-class talent.
